HotAI Star is a digital membership service. If you purchased a membership by mistake or cannot access the service, please contact us at pengyu7268@icloud.com.
Eligibility
For first-time purchases, refund requests may be reviewed within 7 days of payment if the service has not been substantially used. We may decline refund requests where membership benefits have been substantially consumed or where abuse is suspected.
Technical issues
If a technical issue prevents access, we will first try to resolve the issue or extend service time where appropriate.
Recurring plans
Users may cancel future renewals before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund previous periods already delivered.
